Mommy Makeover

  • When you come to our clinic in American Fork, we will use a combination of advanced techniques to remove excess skin, reveal your natural contours and shape your body in a way that helps you feel confident and attractive. This can range from removal of excess skin, liposuction and removal of stubborn spots of fat and use of many other modalities including laser to help tighten and rejuvenate the skin. Body Contouring

  • Using a combination of fat removal and redraping of the skin, Dr. Mecham will help to shape and contour your thighs, to help you be confident in anything you put on. This combination of techniques lifts the skin and shapes the leg to create a more youthful and shapely appearance. She achieves these results by first using liposuction to decrease the size of the thighs and removes excess skin to make a lifted and tighter appearance. Her eye for detail and artistry will serve you in achieving your desired goals.

Thigh Lift

  • Abdominoplasties are a restorative procedure that uses a combination of techniques and approaches to enhance the contour of the waist and tummy. This requires the use of Dr. Mecham’s advanced skillset to remove excess fat, repair the abdomen, re-support your core, and redrape your skin for a smoother, stronger and tighter body. For patients who have had their abdominal wall stretched through weight gain and loss, pregnancy or any other life events, they often develop a permanent spreading of the abdominal muscles. This spreading creates weakness in the core and creates something called diastasis recti. For most people, diastasis does not resolve on its own, even with appropriate therapy and exercise. A tummy tuck repairs the diastasis recti, which allows you to regain the strength and support of your core. We have found this to be a life changing procedure and is one of our favorite procedures to perform.

Tummy Tuck

  • Rejuvenation of the buttock encompasses multiple procedures. This could include liposuction and fat grafting (more commonly known as a Brazilian Butt Lift or BBL), open buttock lift, or even in some rare cases buttock implants.
